-All orders are processed and despatched within 1-3 working days for stock items and  7-10 days for non stock items.  Once your order has despatched, you will receive a confirmation email. If for some reason you did not receive this information, please drop me a message and and I will update you on the status of your order.  All UK deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail or Evri and costs will be calculated upon receipt of your order.

All candles are poured in small batches and/or made to order.  In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, please contact me at lunamoon-herts@outlook.com and I will do my best to resolve any issues.  Unfortunately, I cannot accept a return on candles.  To be eligible for a refund on other items, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  If there are items missing (including packaging), this may be deducted from the final refund amount. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
